The Maqor software, UI, branding, and integration logic are proprietary to Helko. Textual datasets and lexical resources may be governed by their respective source licenses. Users must respect all third-party license terms associated with source materials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, scrape data beyond permitted usage, or submit unlawful or infringing material.

4. User Contributions

Where user-generated content features are enabled, users remain responsible for their submissions. Helko reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates law, policy, or rights-holder permissions.

5. Advertising

The service may display advertising. Ad delivery can vary by region, consent status, and platform inventory. We do not guarantee ad availability, fill rates, or revenue outcomes.
